Private Event

One of our most anticipated offerings; Private Events!

We are officially opening up the field for everything from baby showers and birthdays, to graduation parties, corporate gatherings, and beyond!

All bookings will include the following:

🎪 20x40 Event Tent (fully set up and ready to go!)

🪑 Premium Chairs and Round Tables to seat up to 60 guests + Buffet Table

🎯 Outdoor Yard Games (Cornhole, badminton, and more)

🪵 Use of the Handcrafted Timber Pavilion and sound system (Doubling as a stage)

🌳 Exclusive Access to our private, picturesque farm grounds, restrooms, and parking lot

All event blocks are set to 5 hour increments - This time accounts for all required setup and cleanup, and client can use their discretion to decide how much time is dedicated to each portion, including the event itself.

Availability can be viewed by clicking "Schedule Your Time". If you have a specific timeframe that you would like to inquire about (that is not listed as an option) please reach out directly for potential availability. 

We will be offering a vast range of dates and times, with the following base pricing;

🗓️ Weekday Blocks, Weeknight Blocks, & Sunday Brunch: $500 (5 hours)

☀️ Saturday Daytime Block (8 AM – 2PM): $700 (5 hours)

✨ Saturday Evening Block (3 PM – 9 PM): $700 (5 hours)

🌲If full-day event is desired, this can be acquired by booking both event slots on the particular date, and a $100 discount + an extra hour will be provided!

Additionally, you will have the option to upgrade your event with add-ons like bottled Old Fashioned Sodas and waters over ice, custom colored balloon garlands on the pavilion and/or tent, Fallen Oak Farms Donuts, table linens, and more!

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by our Private Event Contract, which must be signed within 24 hours to officially lock in your booking! We require a 50% downpayment at time of confirmation, and the remaining 50% will be due 2 days prior to your event.
